- Applications are made on 2-9 leaves of the maize crop
- When weeds appear gradually over time, 2 applications at 7-20 days intervals are recommended, as follows: 1st application at a rate of 50-100 cfu/acre at the 3-5 leaf stage of maize and 2nd application at a rate of 50-100 cfu/acre. The dose of the second application shall be calculated so that the total application does not exceed 150 cfu/ha/year.
The product should not be used when maize is under moisture stress at temperatures above 25o C and below 6o C. During the 1st-2nd week after application, it is possible to observe bleaching of the maize leaves. This phenomenon is a function of the dose used and is transient. It does not affect crop growth or yields. May not be used on sweet corn and corn for sowing.
